There is no rehabilitation daycare center in the Golan Heights, forcing children with medical complexities to travel long distances to centers in places like Tiberias. This travel is
particularly challenging for these children, not to mention the uncertain security situation.
The center, located in the Golan Heights town of Katzrin, will serve infants and toddlers aged six months to three years old with various disabilities, including physical, neurological, and
developmental conditions. The center will be equipped with specialized rooms, such as a Snoezelen room and a dark room, to support therapeutic activities.
